Shell Rotella® T Multigrade

Shell Rotella® T motor oil with Triple Protection™ technology is a unique, latest generation premium heavy-duty motor oil that meets or exceeds the service requirements of virtually all diesel engine manufacturers – for both the latest 2007-emission compliant and older engines. It is suitable especially for virtually all on-highway service applications, and is also suitable for off-highway applications.

Shell Rimual

Shell Rimula® Premium oils are extra high performance heavy-duty gasoline and diesel engine oil for longer oil and engine life in turbo- and non-turbocharged engines. Designed for fleet use, Shell Rimula® Premium oils are available in SAE viscosity grades SAE 15W-40 and 10W-30.

Shell Caprinus (Zinc Free)

Shell Caprinus® XR are premium quality, zinc-free, and chlorine-free railroad and marine engine oils with an established history of providing outstanding engine cleanliness. Shell Caprinus® XR oils are available in SAE 40 and SAE 20W-40 viscosity grades.

Shell Mysella (Natural Gas)

Shell Mysella Oils are heavy-duty premium quality ash-free oils designed specifically for lubrication of high performance gas engines which require an “ashless” oil. Formulated with select base oils and a Shell developed ashless additive system, they provide excellent cleanliness and minimum wear. Shell Mysella® Oils minimize combustion chamber and exhaust port deposits while minimizing oil viscosity increase.

Formula Shell (Automotive)

FormulaShell® Synthetic Blend Engine Oils are engineered to provide outstanding engine protection and performance. Its advanced formulation combines quality mineral oils with synthetic oils for excellent cleanliness, thermal stability and antiwear protection. FormulaShell® Synthetic Blend Engine Oils meet all automobile and light duty truck warranty requirements for gasoline and turbocharged engines where API SM and ILSAC GF-4 oils are recommended. This oil can be used in place of API SL, SJ, SH, SG and ILSAC GF-3 specification oils. Follow manufacturer’s recommendations for viscosity grade and API Service Category.

Shell Tellus

Shell Tellus®Premium Oils are high performance hydraulic oils blended with patented Shell additive technology in combination with hydrotreated base oils to meet the requirements of the most demanding hydraulic systems.

Shell AW

Shell AW Hydraulic Oils are quality products formulated for systems which require an effective anti-wear hydraulic oil. The product is available in a wide range of viscosity grades (ISO 32 to ISO 68) for use in nearly all machine lubrication and hydraulic fluid applications. Shell AW Hydraulic Oils contain an effective zinc containing anti-wear agent which helps minimize wear in vane, gear and piston pumps.

Shell Naturelle (environmentally friendly)

Shell Naturelle Fluids HF-E are advanced biodegradable hydraulic fluids for use in power transmission and hydraulic systems working in environmentally sensitive areas. Synthetic esters and a specially tailored additive system provide Shell Naturelle? Fluids HF-E with a excedllent balance of biodegradability and lubrication performance.

Shell Clavus

Shell Clavus Oils are highly refined naphthenic base petroleum oils intended for use in compression refrigeration systems containing non-hydroflurocarbon refrigerants such as R-12, R-22, R-502 and ammonia. Shell Clavus Oils are specifically processed for use in refrigeration systems. This series covers the two viscosity grades required to meet the needs of most residential and industrial refrigeration systems.

Shell Corena

Shell Corena® Oils K are premium quality compounded cylinder lubricants specifically formulated for wet gas or hydrocarbon gas compressors. They contain polar or fatty oils which enable the lubricant to resist being washed off cylinder walls by the action of wet air or gas. Shell Corena® Oils K also resist the solvent action of hydrocarbon gases such as propane and butane, as well as certain organic chemicals such as ketones and aldehydes.

Shell Spirax® S gear lubricants are fully synthetic, multipurpose, heavy-duty gear lubricants specifically designed for high performance automotive applications. Shell Spirax® S lubricants are suitable for use in automotive differentials and industrial gearing where API GL-5 gear oils are suggested. Shell Omala Oils are high quality, extreme-pressure oils designed for the lubrication of heavy-duty industrial gears. Their high load carrying capacity and anti-friction characteristics combine to offer exceptional performance in gears and other industrial applications including some mist applications.

Shell Donax

Shell Donax® TC oils are designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern transmission, final drive, oil immersed brake and hydraulic systems fitted to heavy-duty off-road equipment. Specially formulated, they meet the Caterpillar TO-4 specification as well as the Allison C-4 requirements for transmission and drive train fluids and are available in SAE viscosity grades 10W, 30, 50 and 60.

Shell Ensis

Shell Ensis Compound DW 1016 is a solvent based rust inhibitor and is intended for use on component parts or finished assemblies and equipment. It provides up to two years indoor or six to nine months outdoor storage protection under typical conditions. Shell Ensis Compound DW 1016 is used as received in dip, spray or fogging equipment where excellent displacement of water or alkaline fluid is required.

Shell Adrana D 408 is a high quality, general-purpose metalworking fluid recommended for light to medium duty operations on a broad range of materials.

Shell Callina

Shell Callina Fluid 1210 is a general maintenance and floor cleaner that provides excellent performance in a variety of general maintenance applications.

Shell Dromus

Shell Dromus® Oil ABD 201 provides excellent cooling, lubricity and rust protection for use in a wide range of grinding and machining operations. Depending on speeds, feeds, and metallurgy, Shell Dromus® Oil ABD 201 can be emulsified typically at 20:1 to 40:1 water/oil ratios for drilling, forming, planing, milling sawing and turning applications.

Shell Garia

Shell Garia 601 M-12 and M-22 are neat cutting oils for machining of high alloy steels (stainless, heat resistant, austenitic, etc.) and aluminium or magnesium alloys.

Shell Tonna

Shell Tonna Oils T are specially designed for the lubrication of machine tool slides and tables. They are based on highly refined mineral oils and contain additives to enhance tackiness, anti-wear and stick-slip characteristics. They are specially recommended in cases where high exposure to soluble cutting fluids exist

Shell Macron

Shell Macron cutting oils are transparent, light colored cutting oils formulated from high quality severely hydroprocessed base stocks with a naturally high viscosity index. The Shell Macron 221CM and 222CM cutting oils are formulated with a conventional chlorinated extreme pressure additive, whereas the Shell Macron “M Series” of cutting oils utilize a combination of passive and inactive extreme pressure additives. The EP properties of the Shell Macron cutting oils allow faster machining rates, help extend tool life, and protect against staining of yellow metals. The Shell Macron additive systems provide excellent performance in reacting at the chip-tool interface to reduce friction, but will not promote unfavorable reactions with internal components in hydraulic and lubrication systems.

Shell Delima

Shell Delima® Oils are premium quality circulating oils specifically formulated to meet the demanding lubrication requirements of modern, high-speed paper machines with centralized lube systems. These products contain a carefully selected, barium-free detergent, anti-wear and oxidation resistant additive system that provides good machine cleanliness, effective dispersion of contaminants, while allowing rapid water separation in the reservoir. The specially balanced additive package and highly refined base stocks account for the outstanding filterability of the series. These properties make Shell Delima® Oils a good choice for high temperature circulating systems, especially those that employ water-cooling or steam heating.

Shell Turbo CC

Shell Turbo Oils CC have been developed to meet the severe demands imposed by modern, heavy duty turbine applications, exceeding OEM specifications for both gas and steam turbines. A patented, metal free additive technology, ensures that these products offers substantially improved performance over conventional turbine oils. The unique combination of excellent oxidation and thermal stability, coupled with the resistance to formation of deposits and varnish, sludge control and surface properties make Shell Turbo Oils CC an excellent choice lubricant for emerging combined cycle turbine technology, as well as existing gas and steam turbine plants.

Shell Turbo T

Shell Turbo Oils T are premium quality lubricating oils designed to provide excellent lubrication of steam turbines and many other industrial applications. These oils are made from severely hydroprocessed (API Group II) base oils, which have been carefully selected to provide satisfactory viscosity/temperature characteristics, low foaming tendencies and good water separation properties. In addition, they contain proven additives to protect equipment against rusting and to resist oxidation for long service life. Shell Turbo Oils T are available in four ISO viscosity grades from 32 to 100. Grade nomenclature conforms to the ASTM/ISO viscosity system.

Quality Assurance

Shell Distributor product Quality AssuranceTo assure its’ customers receive the quality products they expect, Shell has developed a Distributor Product Quality Assurance (DPQA) certification program. This rigorous examination looks at over 120 specific aspects of a distributor’s operation from office procedures to safety standards, product handling specifications and record keeping. Each item is scored against pre-determined criteria established as best practices in that particular area. Distributors must score at least 85 percent to achieve certification.
